Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy management, renewable energy solutions, and sustainability sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand Confidite’s market presence and achieve revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals, including services like engineering design and safety solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in energy and environmental sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing Confidite’s expertise.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Represent Confidite at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote services such as energy audits and renewable energy consulting.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, ideally within energy, sustainability, or engineering industries.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and successfully close deals.
  • Strong knowledge of energy management, renewable energy technologies (e.g., solar, wind, hydrogen), or sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with a global team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
  • Passion for innovation and sustainability in the energy sector.
