Introduction
The Climate Action Lab is offering an internship for bachelor's, master's students, or recent graduates to join as a Research Assistant. This role focuses on conducting literature reviews and bibliometric analysis on strategies to enhance resilience in vulnerable communities and ecosystems against the impacts of climate change. It’s ideal for those interested in climate adaptation and sustainability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review literature on climate resilience and adaptation strategies.
- Perform bibliometric analysis to identify trends, key contributors, and research gaps.
- Summarise findings and highlight innovative approaches to climate adaptation.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the lab team.
- Collaborate on projects related to climate resilience and sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's student, or recent graduate in a relevant field (Environmental Science, Climate Studies, Sustainability).
- Interest in climate adaptation, resilience strategies, and sustainable development.
- Experience or willingness to learn literature review and bibliometric analysis methods.
- Familiarity with research databases and tools (e.g., Scopus, VOSviewer).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
