Introduction
The Circular Economy Lab is offering an internship for bachelor's, master's students, or recent graduates to join as a Research Assistant. This role involves conducting literature reviews and bibliometric analysis on biomass and biorefineries. It’s ideal for those interested in renewable resources and sustainable industrial processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review literature on biomass and biorefinery technologies.
- Perform bibliometric analysis to track research trends and contributors.
- Summarise key findings and highlight research gaps.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the lab team.
- Collaborate on ongoing research projects related to biomass and biorefineries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's student, or recent graduate in a relevant field (Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Sustainability).
- Interest in biomass, biorefineries, and circular economy principles.
- Experience or willingness to learn literature review and bibliometric analysis methods.
- Familiarity with research databases and tools (e.g., Scopus, VOSviewer).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
